This property sits within a 1970s development which was fairly radical in it’s day, and could be considered to be modern in comparison to the neighbouring period properties.  However, the layout wasn’t exactly aligned to modern living and on revealing the fabric of the property it was discovered that significant upgrades could be made to improve thermal performance.

The property was remodelled to marginally increase the width of the kitchen to allow for significant storage to be provided within a small footprint.  The property was benefited from new electrics boiler/central heating system and flooring.  Additionally, all windows and doors were replaced, in addition to the cladding – and insulation behind – to the main facade to both pay homage to the original design and significantly improve the thermal performance.
