The owners of this Victorian villa had lived in the property for several months, during which time they had identified what modifications they wished to make in order to suit their lifestyle.  The clients were very design-savy, and it was imperative that design and quality were paired with functionality.

The en-suite bathroom was extremely long, and the layout was far from ideal, and unsafe due to steep steps immediately as one entered the room.  OPS remodelled this space to incorporate a dressing area with a vaulted ceiling and skylight leading into an en-suite that was still extremely generous accommodating both a bath and shower.  Designer lighting has been incorporated throughout and also bespoke cabinetry with mirrored doors provides ample storage.

The ground floor rooms feature some bespoke shelving and storage.  Great attention has been given to the lighting scheme which is controlled by a Lutron contol system allowing specific mood scenes to easily be selected.

A new central heating system has been installed, and the whole property redecorated.
