Having completed the refurbishment of their house, the clients approached OPS to produce a design for their garden to complete the project.  The brief was that the garden needed to be hard landscaped over the grass (to negate 'bleaching' by their dogs) and to provide both sufficient space for ball games and entertaining.  The final design comprised of slate paving with a hardwood decked area, bounded by raised beds and planters (incorporating seating).  In order to provide a low maintenance solution, the planting consists of hardy varieties and grasses, which are watered using an automatic irrigation system.  The garden also includes a small pond and is illuminated with some designer lighting.
