Simon studied Engineering & Management at the University of Exeter, and subsequently spent 6 years working in this discipline.

Oasys Property Solutions was founded in 2004 when Simon commenced a complete refurbishment of his house in Bishopston, Bristol. Upon successful completion of this project Simon's passion for property was reiterated, and perhaps more importantly his ability to project manage large residential projects. Coupled with the realisation that the design element he craved was becoming increasingly remote in his engineering career, Simon made the decision in 2006 to dedicate his time and energy to fully establish the company. Having now completed many projects he has not looked back since.

Simon also has experience in estate agency, and this has enhanced his already comprehensive knowledge of the local property market. Simon's career history has provided him with a valuable toolset of skills. His comprehensive design capability and knowledge of the property market are complemented by his ability in problem solving, attention to detail, innovation and creativity. Simon also prides himself on his approachable and professional manner and thrives on challenges. These credentials assure the client of a finished product of distinction.
